Interdistrict Schools of Choice 2017-2018
The Pinckney Community Schools will be accepting applications for students in grades K-12 for the 2017/2018 School Year beginning March 10, 2017. Students who do not reside within the Pinckney Community Schools boundaries, but who reside within contiguous intermediate school districts in Livingston, Washtenaw, Oakland, Ingham, Genesee, Jackson, and Shiawassee counties would be considered. This would include neighboring districts such as Whitmore Lake, Dexter, Chelsea and Stockbridge, as well as the Livingston County districts of Brighton, Fowlerville, Howell and Hartland.
Applications will be accepted from March 10, 2017 until August 31, 2017. Applications submitted after the deadlines will be considered after those who have applied within the timelines have been placed and subject to available space at the applicable school building. Application forms are available at the link below or at the Board of Education and School Building offices. To be considered for Schools of Choice placement for the 2017/2018 school year, please complete the following application and forward to the Board of Education office.
If you have a current Pinckney Schools student and your family is planning on moving out of district boundaries prior to the start of the 2017/18 school year, please complete the Schools of Choice form above in order to have your student remain enrolled for the upcoming school year.

Current Schools of Choice Students
2017/18 Interdistrict Schools of Choice continuation forms for students currently enrolled in the 2016/2017 Interdistrict Schools of Choice program will be mailed to the student address on file in early Spring. If you have a student who currently enrolled as a Schools of Choice student who did not receive a form, please contact Kathy Robinson, Human Resource Assistant, at (810) 225-3908 or via email at email@example.com.
