Teacher Evaluation Process

Pinckney Community Schools utilizes the 5 Dimensions Plus (5D+) evaluation instrument and process for teacher evaluation in the district.  The 5D+ system was developed by the Universtiy of Washington's Center for Education Leadership (CEL) and is based in research conducted by the CEL.  It is one of the four teacher evaluation systems approved by the State of Michigan.
