Pinckney Girls Ski Team GPA best in State!
The Girls had the best GPA in the state of all teams with an average GPA of 3.87. The Boys were 8th in the state with an average GPA of 3.38.
Student & Family Specialist Parenting Workshops
On Saturday, February 27th, 2010, Pinckney’s Student & Family Specialists offered a variety of K-12 parenting workshops. Despite the cold weather, we had over 40 parents attend! Parents were able to gain valuable information about the adolescent brain, parenting utilizing Love & Logic and strategies on how to improve communication with their children.
What is New Tech High School?
New Tech High Schools are small high schools of 400 total students that use technology to facilitate project-based learning for the students they serve with a one-to-one student-to-computer ratio. The core elements of the New Tech High School are Technology That Enables, Culture That Empowers and Teaching That Engages. These schools make great strides to connect students with their communities through the projects they create.
Drive Reaches Out to Troops

Camyrn Ozuch — with the help of her teacher, Christine Simon — kicked off a drive Monday that will run through Nov. 16 in an effort to collect food and hygienic items for Army troops overseas.
